Performance is estimated to be 720 days. This effort intends to perform site preparation renovations to support the installation of new medical equipment. The Contractor shall prepare rooms 214 and 215 to receive new equipment. A control room (215-1) is included and an electrical room (214-1) with new electrical panels and equipment is included in the design. In addition, Procedure Rooms 212 and 211, a stretch alcove, a check-in area, office, dressing area and restroom are included in this scope of work
