USCGC Northland Vane Axial Fans Rebuild & Reconditioning (QTY 2) Solicitation Amendment #1 During the award evaluation phase of initial quotations, the Government determined that additional information, substantiating data, and quality reviews are necessary to verify technical acceptability and support a fair and reasonable price determination in accordance with FAR 13.106-3. To ensure full and open competition, allow the Government to thoroughly evaluate technical understanding, and ensure that all quotations are complete, mathematically consistent, and free of clerical discrepancies or scope omissions, the solicitation is being reopened/modified to request that interested vendors review their submissions and submit a Revised Quotation along with supporting pricing and level of effort data.
