contract structure consists of a two-year base period (December 1, 2026 – November 30, 2028) with four two-year option periods (up to 10 years total). Concessionaires pay a monthly fee per facility based on the higher of a Minimum Monthly Guarantee (MMG) or a gross sales commission percentage. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT PAY FOR THESE SERVICES.
